ADCO Circuits, Inc., established in 1981, is located in Rochester Hills, Michigan, and provides electronic design and assembly services to a wide range of companies in the industrial, medical, automotive, telecommunications and aerospace/military equipment markets. As a full service turnkey supplier of custom electronics, ADCO can provide support from design and prototyping to new product introduction and full rate production. Through-hole, surface mount, and mixed technology board assemblies are all supported while full system "box builds" make up a large percentage of our sales. Our interest is in establishing long term relationships in an open environment with companies that require our advanced logistics, production, test, and quality capabilities.
ADCO's 43,000 square foot facility is state of the art and capable of low to high-volume assembly and test. Advanced capabilities include an automated stockroom, 2 Flex-SMT lines with in-line automated optical inspection and off-line BGA x-ray. Test resources include degreed engineers equipped with ICT, functional and environmental test equipment. Production and material planning is managed via an ERP system that is also directly tied to ADCO vendors.
ADCO is ISO 9001:2000, TS 16949, and ISO 13485 certified. Personnel are trained to IPC 610 class 3 requirements. Documentation, ECN's, and The Quality Management Systems (QMS) are all on-line and support internal continuous improvement initiatives, vendor quality tracking, and customer quality data requirements. ADCO's continuous improvements philosophy is demonstrated via our on-going quality initiatives such as Kaizan and 5S.
