SI Diamond Technology Becomes Nano-Proprietary, Inc - News Item

SI Diamond Technology, Inc. has changed its name to Nano-Proprietary, Inc.

The name change was effective from July 1, 2003. Shareholders in the NASDAQ listed company do not need to take any action. Existing SI Diamond Technology certificates will continue to represent ownership in Nano-Proprietary, Inc.
