Anonymous $36 Million Donation To Help Create Nanotechnology Research Center - News Item

$36 million has been pledged by an anonymous donor for the creation of the Nanotechnology Research Center on the campus of the Georgia Institute of Technology. The donation will be backed by $45million from state funds.

The highly sophisticated center will include an electron beam nanolithography system to allow researchers to fabricate structures with features as small as 10-50 nanometers. It will also quadruple the university's current clean room capacity of 10000 square feet.
