MassNanoTech Center To Push Nanotechnology - News Item

UMass have launched a new center aimed at advancing research into nanotechnology and turning those results into commercial applications and products. The center, MassNanoTech, will bring together scientists from various disciplines and industry partners to take research concepts to the marketplace.

Initially the center will be housed in existing UMass facilities but over the next few years a combination of federal, state, and private funding will be sought to purpose build a multimillion-dollar facility.
