NEC and Transmeta To Cooperate On Chip Technology - News Item

Japan's NEC Electronics Corp said it would cooperate with Transmeta Corp of the United States in the field of 90-, 65- and 45-nanometer chip technology. NEC Electronics, owned 70 percent by Japanese electronics conglomerate NEC Corp also bought a small stake in Transmeta.
