Translume Straight-Channel Microfluidic Chips

Machined with Translume's patented fabrication processes, our Straight-Channel Chips have the following features: Dimensions of chip = 1 inch wide x 2 inches long x 1.5 millimeters thick (0.5mm cover and 1mm plate bonded together; thickness does not include luer fittings).

Machined with Translume's patented fabrication processes, our Straight-Channel Chips have the following features:

  • Dimensions of chip = 1 inch wide x 2 inches long x 1.5 millimeters thick (0.5mm cover and 1mm plate bonded together; thickness does not include luer fittings).
  • These chips consist of a single channel, etched into a bottom plate, with a second plate bonded on top. The top plate has 1mm access holes placed above both ends of the underlying channel.
  • Luer fittings have been fitted to these access holes to permit easy injection of fluids.
