Elmarco's Nanospider™ (NS) Production Lines 1600 are the electrospinning equipment for the industrial production of organic nanofibers in our scalable line concept. Combining of up to four spinning units, NS Production Lines deliver high volume throughput for cost effective production. Customer can choose from two basic types of technology: optimized for water soluble polymers (NS 4W1600U); and optimized for non water soluble polymers (NS 8S1600U).
These production lines can accommodate various types of up to 1.6m wide substrate materials, are suitable for a wide variety of polymers, are designed for 7/24 operation and include an automated production control system.
