Vario systems are element based modular and multifunctional active vibration isolation systems. The elements are always used in pairs in parallel alignment with respect to one another. Accurion offers different element lengths and two product versions with manual load adjustment for static loads and automatic load adjustment for changing loads. The compact dimensions and versatile application options of this product series make it ideal for OEM installations in customerspecific applications and for configuration of active isolation work areas and platforms in the lab.
Vario systems are equipped with accelerometers to sense the incoming vibrations at the top plate. The sensor signals are transformed into a countersignal by an electronic circuit, which is integrated to an external control unit. This signal drives electro-magnetic actuators to generate a counterforce for actively compensating the vibrations.
