The SmartLab is a highly innovative, high-resolution diffractometer. Its key feature is the SmartLab Guidance Software that offers the user an intelligent interface, which guides one through the minutest details of each experiment. It is very similar to having an expert to guide you.
The system features a high resolution q/q closed loop goniometer drive system, cross beam optics (CBO), an in-plane scattering arm, and an optional 9.0 kW rotating anode generator.
The SmartLab combines a fully automated optical system, a computer-controlled alignment system and the Guidance software that enables easy switching between hardware modes, ensuring that hardware complexity does not restrict the research.
The SmartLab is suitable for applications involving nanomaterials, thin films, liquids or powders and will help make measurements whenever required.
