Universal AFM Probes from Nanotools

Our most versatile tip. It delivers excellent results in almost all AFM applications. The probe material itself is hydrophobic - extremely useful for scanning in liquids and for applications in biology and medicine. Inert to most acid and salt solutions. Almost no tip degradation while scanning even on hard samples like SiO2, diamond and hard metals. Best to buy when scanning speed and/or tip lifetime is the issue. Our universal probes show a resolution and image quality, that is at least as good as the state-of-the-art silicon probes, i.e. the 10nm tip radius class.

Every tip has been inspected - 100% quality will be guaranteed. Available in three different lengths as very robust standard tip.
