Background
Ms. Charusheela Ramteke is a research scholar at National Environmental Engineering
Research Institute (NEERI), India since 2007. Her interests are in biosynthesis
and biostabilization of nanomaterials.
She has received her B. Sc. and M. Sc. Degrees from Nagpur University and she
is presently pursuing her Ph.D. on chemo-biochemical synthesis of nanomaterials
from NEERI, India.
Ms. Charusheela Ramteke is presently working on nanomaterial synthesis using
biological entities, combinational i.e. chemo-biochemical and physico-biochemical
approaches for nanomaterials synthesis. She has initiated working on the biosynthesis
of nanomaterials using wastewaters as a resource.
She has also done pioneering work on environmental remediation coupled with
nanomaterial synthesis; which is presented in national and international conferences.
