The Software User Interface of the TT-AFM form AFM Workshop

This video (Part 2 of 3) shows the software user interface of the TT-AFM from AFM Workshop. This interface allows the user to control all aspects of the instrument from prescanning to all the scan parameters and modes. There are also screens that display all the topographic and 2-dimensional scan information in real time as well as force-distance information.
