AFM Probe Performance Comparison from Herzan
This video shows the performance of AFM probe under normal environmental conditions from Herzan. Interferometry technique is used to image AFM probe. The tip is suspended in air and the amount of noise reaching probe is measured.
The quality of application measured under the conditions such as: using an optical table, using a Herzan TS-150 active vibration isolation table and without using vibration isolation.
