This video shows the demonstration of the micro droplet system from Dolomite. The system can generate 30 -150 micron diameter monodisperse water droplets in an oil carrier stream on a microfluidic droplet junction chip. It also describes some accessories for heating the fluids and also for generating smaller droplets.
