Axio Examiner Microscope from Carl Zeiss Images Rat Embryonic Fibroblast

This video from Carl Zeiss shows the rat embryonic fibroblast cyclic stretched on PDMS-substrate at an amplitude of 8% and at 0.5 Hz. At each time-point, seven images per z-stack have been obtained. A ZEISS Axio Examiner microscope and Colibri LED light source were used for image acquisition.
