NanoTracker Multiplexing by Optical Tweezers from JPK

This video from JPK Instruments shows the number of optical traps generated from a single laser source. Multiplexing is rapidly scanning the laser across many positions. During multiplexing not all objects are manipulated at the same time, but intermittently grabbing hold of each one of them still allows controlling them all.

In JPK NanoTracker optical tweezers multiplexing functionality is integrated into the software allowing for versatile manipulation of many objects.
