Website Will Be Sales Platform for First Consumer Product

mPhase Technologies, Inc. (OTC.BB:XDSL - News) today announced that it is developing a new e-commerce website in anticipation of the launch of its first consumer product. The website will be branded with its newly created and wholly owned consumer products division, mPower Technologies. The AlwaysReady Emergency Flashlight is the first product that will feature mPhase's unique battery technology.

The development of the mPower e-commerce website is part of mPhase's strategic marketing and sales strategy to target consumers globally. The website will be developed in multiple languages in order to be user friendly for consumers in all areas of the world. The product roll out is currently on schedule for early 2010.

"Our e-commerce website will be consumer friendly and reflect the sleek design and premium quality of the AlwaysReady Emergency Flashlight," remarked mPhase CEO Ron Durando.
