appointment of Chris Haupt to the newly created position of Vice President,
Industrial Business Unit. Mr. Haupt has fourteen years experience in the specialty
chemical industry, most recently as the Industrial Business Director of Inolex
Chemical Company. His professional focus and expertise are in polymer chemistry
and business development for the C.A.S.E and flexible foam markets.
