NanoThinking Launches First French Nanotech Map

NanoThinking have announced the launch of the first interactive French NanoTech Map - an online tool to explore the world of nanoscience industry and research in France.

A new energy economy, a need for innovative high-performance products, an intelligent connected world, and improved resource efficiency in industrial production - these are some of the key challenges facing the modern society.

Nanotechnologies are a Key Enabling Technology that could substantially contributes to face these great challenges.

Nanotechnology is multidisciplinary, at the state of the art of both industrial and academic research and is a source of growth and jobs in many industrial sectors.

Innovation with nanotechnology is also very complex since it  involves stakeholders as diverse as start-ups, large industries or research centers.

To favor crucial synergies among these parties and to increase the visibility of this novel ecosystem, the NanoThinking team has proposed the NanoTech Map ! This interactive map allows us to easily identify competencies and relationships in nanoscience and nanotechnologies in France, with just a few clicks!
