in Leinì-Torini, Italy, Varian Vacuum Technologies develops specific
vacuum solutions for the electron microscopes of Carl Zeiss.
For almost 20 years, the company has been one of the close partners of the
Nano Technology Systems Division at Carl Zeiss SMT and supports the enhancement
of electron microscopes with its outstanding skills and special solutions for
