Cambridge NanoTech, the world leader in Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD), has been recognized for the second consecutive year as one of the "Fastest Growing Private Companies" by the Boston Business Journal (BBJ). With an aggressive 234% growth, Cambridge NanoTech ranked #5 out of the 51 companies that were recognized this year.
