Following the announcement in June this year of the collaboration between
Beneq
and ALD NanoSolutions, Beneq is proud to reveal that the first system for Particle
ALD will be delivered to the Centre de Recherche Public - Gabriel Lippmann in
Luxembourg.
In the words of Tommi Vainio, Beneq CTO: "This contract clearly proves

applications is steadily growing. In addition, it firmly supports the strategy
taken by Beneq of bringing novel coating solutions to the market and creating
