The FIP Pharmaceutical Sciences World Congress 2010, in association with the AAPS Annual Meeting and Exposition, brings together thousands of scientists from around the world with the goal of "Improving Global Health Through Advances in Pharmaceutical Sciences," the scientific theme of this year's event. The event combines not only the exhibition which showcases the latest in technology, services, and supplies, but a scientific program that will validate current scientific methodology and present new research.

The scientific program includes concentrated short courses, symposia, roundtables, and more than 2,500 contributed papers covering the latest research in pharmaceutical sciences. Speakers include scientists from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the National Institute of Health, as well as leading pharmaceutical companies and academia.

As part of the scientific program, Surface Measurement Systems in conjunction with Particulate Systems, and Micromeritics Pharmaceutical Services is presenting a poster titled, "Milling Effects on the Aspect Ratio and Surface Energy Heterogeneity of Mannitol."
