When a heater equipped with TANCS is switched on, the water and minerals flow through the boiler. The heat changes the water into super hot steam. But before the steam can leave the boiler, the mineral gets disintegrated into nanostructures that are carried by the steam on the surface being cleaned. This causes microorganisms and bacteria existing on the surface to be destroyed, at the same time, preventing further reproduction of the bacteria as the technique does not allow biofilms to bind to the surface.
