Receiving the highest recognition in customer service excellence by the International Customer Service Association (ICSA), Lumen Dynamics was chosen amongst companies across Canada in the small business category. Presented with a second award, Lumen Dynamics is proud to have one of its customer service team employees honored by the ICSA as the 2012 Silver Customer Service Representative of the Year. With hundreds of candidates nominated within this category, this award went to the top customer service representatives who demonstrate consistent motivation and ability to create positive customer experience on every interaction.

Winners of the 2012 ICSA Awards were announced at the ICSA Toronto Chapter's customer service week gala and awards dinner which was attended by the Lumen Dynamics' customer service team who were proud to accept their two awards.
