Blue Diamond Ventures, Inc.'s wholly owned subsidiary Green Growth Holdings, Inc. today announces that is has closed the acquisition of Cannabis-Clean and Grow Clean maker Clean 1st LLC as a wholly owned subsidiary.
Clean 1st LCC develops markets and distributes Nano-surface technology-based antimicrobial products under the trade names Cannabis-Clean and Grow-Clean. Cannabis Clean is marketed to commercial growers while Grow Clean is branded and packaged for sale to the home grower.
Clean 1st LLC products are approved by Green Science Inc. for Organic Production in the USA market and Health Canada for use in Commercial Grow Operations.
At least eighty eight species of fungi attack cannabis plants and more are being discovered every year. Viruses can seriously reduce yields. Once acquired, they are nearly impossible to eradicate. Viruses invade all parts of plants. Pollen and seed infections transmit viruses to subsequent generations. Bacteria's are also common among marijuana plants, with most forms showing up as "blight" diseases. This will cause spots to show up on the leaves, followed by a wilting, rotting and decaying of the marijuana plants or even the harvested material.
