Innovative Micro Technology, Inc. (IMT), has been selected to present at the MEMS Investor Journal’s inaugural MEMS Manufacturing Conference in Santa Clara, CA. Theodore Chi, Director of Marketing and Sales at IMT will be presenting “Nurturing MEMS to production: a foundry’s role and value” on Wednesday, August 5th.
The presentation will focus on the role the foundry plays in optimizing processes to improve manufacturability. It is IMT’s assertion that streamlining the MEMS development path from prototype to high volume production is dependent on key capabilities that are uniquely provided by the foundry partner. The successful launch of a MEMS device will depend heavily on the careful nurturing that leads to a stable, repeatable, and mature manufacturing process.
