Thomas Swan Announce New Additions to Graphene Product Portfolio

Thomas Swan announces today the availability of two new graphene grades; Elicarb® Electrical Grade Graphene Powder for conductive inks and Elicarb® Materials Grade Graphene Powder for composites & plastics.

In combination with their existing products of Elicarb® Premium Grade Graphene Powder and Elicarb® Premium Grade Graphene Dispersion (AQ) which are ideal for electronics & displays applications, Thomas Swan now provide a full suite of graphene products.

Thomas Swan continues to focus on reliably delivering high quality, consistent graphene products via the Direct Exfoliation process which extracts graphene directly from graphite raw materials. By tuning the extraction process, Thomas Swan can produce graphene products that range from the Few Layer Graphene of the Elicarb® Premium Grade Graphene Powder through to the Multi-Layer graphene nanoplatelets of Elicarb® Materials Grade Graphene Powder.

“Since the launch of our first graphene product in April 2014 we have listened carefully to our customers and it is clear that not every application requires a premium grade few layer graphene product,” says Andy Goodwin – Commercial Director. “These new products offer alternative properties and very competitive prices into high volume industrial uses.”

Thomas Swan welcomes enquiries from customers who are seeking a reliable, high quality supply of graphene in the printed electronics, plastics and composites sectors.

More information on Elicarb® Graphene products can be found on the Thomas Swan website.
