Following the successful launch of its Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) systems over the past 18 months, Oxford Instruments, a leading provider of high technology tools and systems, is delighted to support the excellent sales growth of these systems with the new appointment of a Product Manager for ALD Products, Chris Hodson. Chris brings many years experience in ALD applications and development at Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology (OIPT) to the role, and plans to further develop ALD tool functionality + its sales.
