Established in 1983 Formagrind has established itself as a
reputable manufacturer of high quality positioning stages and high
quality clean room environment tooling. Using state
of the art EDM technology and specializing in high quality CNC Micro
machining and grinding, Formagrind are one of a few select European
companies involved in the manufacture of Nanotechnology measurement and
semiconductor process tooling.
Materials and surface treatments are critical to our end use
applications and our experience has resulted in us being able to offer
valuable advice on tool life and suitability. Materials regularly
worked with are:

- Alloys 42 and 400.
