Photometrics QuantEM™ Scientific EMCCD Camera

The QuantEM:512SC from Photometrics is the only scientific camera that provides electron-multiplying (EM) gain with true quantitative stability across 16 bits at 10, 5, and 1.25-MHz operation speeds. A quantitative and linear gain slider offers a highly intuitive, easily quantifiable EMCCD camera, whereas a self-calibrating EM gain feature make sure that the camera is able to deliver the right amounts of user-specified EM gain and remains quantitative over time. Stabilized background or bias stability enabled by an intelligent FPGA design enables a steady background with no drift during time lapse, streaming etc. Built-in PVCAM compatibility is offered by all Photometrics cameras.
