In-Vitro, Live Cell Imaging of Magnetic Nanoparticles – AMF System

Over the last 10 years, there has been increasing interest in performing in vitro time lapse imaging while simultaneously introducing live cells to another magnetic field.

Nanotherics has now overcome the challenges involved in carrying out such experiments and is introducing the Live Cell AMF (LC-AMF) system to perform in vitro time lapse imaging.

The system is linked to any magneTherm​ system - old or new- so all existing users will be able to utilize this innovative system.

The ergonomic design of this exposure setup allows the user to place it on any kind of globally compatible microscope with 6/24/96 tissue culture plate capability.

The system allows physiological temperature control and 5% CO2 atmosphere, making the cells grow continuously for the required time scale. This enables microscope experiments with AMF exposure at frequencies between 100 kHz and 1 MHz through a field amplitude of up to 20 mT.
