The Airnet® II 4 Channel Air Particle Sensor, available from Particle Measuring Systems, meets the ISO 21501-4 specifications in order to measure the number and size of particles suspended in the air and perform a real-time monitoring of defect-causing particles.

The Airnet® II Particle Sensor makes cleanroom monitoring simple and cost-effective, and offers unparalleled performance and data transmission capabilities for remote monitoring. An ultra-small footprint and versatile power options make the Airnet® II Air Particle Sensor easy to install in the right place where users require it.

The units can be easily configured to obtain distributed power from power-over-ethernet (PoE) or from an in-house system. The use of a data queue feature helps maintain data integrity and gather data even when there is no communication. These units include a Dynamic Flow Sensing system that will sound an alarm when there is a 15% change in flow conditions in order assure correct flow conditions and vacuum system operation.
