Air Jet Sieve for Particle Size Analysis – HMK-200

The HMK-200 air jet sieve is a particle size analysis sieving machine that has been designed for use in the laboratory. It employs advanced air jet technology in order to establish particle size distribution of dry powders. As the machine has been used in several industries, it has become standard testing equipment in the lab.

The HMK-200 air jet sieve has been specifically designed for particle size testing of particles ranging from 5 µm up to 5,000 µm. The test process is enhanced by a timer up to 99 minutes which reduces operator's time. The HMK-200 is also available with an undersize Cyclone Sample Collector with a 99.99% accuracy rate. A transparent basic test sieve cover enables an intuitive and simple function.

The HMK-200 air jet sieve makes use of a vacuum in order to produce negative pressure so as to efficiently separate particles. The sieving tank’s diameter is 200 mm and it matches the 200 mm basic test sieve. Besides the regular samples, the HMK-200 air jet sieve is ideal for powdered materials that require specific disagglomeration and dispersion.
