X29—the acrylate-based fast UV curing resin from Stensborg—has been optimized for use on the company’s Roll-2-Plate (R2P) and Roll-2-Roll (R2R) micro/nano imprint holoprinters.
Product Features
Designed as a high viscosity fast curing resin, the X29 can be used with iron-doped mercury lamps and LEDs (365–405 nm).

Suggested Applications
The X29 resin has been developed as a demold resin for creating replications on the DeskTop holoprinter. It works very well with imprint resins like DM41, DM56, and DM57 and also with replication resins such as X30.
Substrates
Post curing, the X29 resin binds to a wide range of substrates such as PET. It should be noted that the treatment of the substrate surface or lack of can impact the X29’s adhesion properties.
Storage and Handling
Handling
When handling the X29 resin, appropriate protective gear, including protective gloves and goggles, should always be worn. The standard procedures for handling chemicals should also be followed in accordance with the resin’s material safety data sheet (MSDS).
Storage
If they are maintained in their original containers and shielded from direct sunlight at temperatures spanning from 5 °C to 25 °C, the X29 resin shelf life is at least 12 months from the date of manufacture.
