The SELPA particle analyzer can accommodate large samples that measure up to 100 mm in diameter. Using both EDS and image analysis, this particle analyzer can quickly and accurately inspect large areas.
The SELPA particle analyzer can detect and analyze particles, categorizing them based on morphology and chemistry from an existing database. In addition to routine particle analysis tasks, the analyzer is ideal for metal inclusion inspection, GSR, cleanliness analysis, and mineral and asbestos analysis.
The SELPA particle analyzer features an optional air sampler through which fine dust analysis can be performed according to air pollution process test standards.
Powered by the COXEM’S 4th Generation NanoStation™ software, the SELPA article analyzer features a wide range of automatic functions that expedite analysis and simplify operations.
High-quality images are produced quickly and easily, thanks to features like Auto Focus and Auto-Brightness/Contrast. The variable pressure mode also helps inspect many samples with minimal preparation.
