The DXR Raman microscope is designed in such a way that it redefines the Raman microscope to satisfy the requirements of laboratories. It is capable of identifying and characterizing small particles, multi-layer laminates, coatings, inclusions, thin films, and subsurface defects.
It is ideal for subsurface analysis and high-resolution depth profiling on semi-opaque and transparent samples. Walk-up operation can be performed due to the presence of a configurable GO button on the DXR Raman microscope.
Molecular morphology characterization is also performed using this instrument. The x-y area maps and x-z area maps support the characterization of subsurface and surface areas. This instrument is used for supporting surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) measurements, and multiple excitation lasers. It can be used for storing all data. The report can be printed just by pushing the button. It is provided with a complete package for DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ validation. It consists of a laser power regulator which helps in monitoring the laser power. All excitation lasers include automatic fluorescence correction. The instrument is capable of performing measurements directly via injectable ampules, injectable ampules, and protective overcoatings.
