AFM Probe Performance Comparison from Herzan

This video shows the performance of the AFM probe under normal environmental conditions from Herzan. Interferometry technique is used to image an AFM probe. The tip is suspended in air and the amount of noise reaching probe is measured.

The quality of application measured under conditions such as: using an optical table, using a Herzan TS-150 active vibration isolation table, and without using vibration isolation.
