At Kreido Laboratories, we have pioneered a break-through system for the manufacturing of biodiesel and other chemicals.
We have spent seven years pioneering the field of fluid dynamics-based chemical manufacturing. The result is our STT® reactor, a chemical reactor system that produces significant time and cost savings over traditional chemical reactor methods. The STT® reactor allows us to accelerate the rates of chemical reactions by up to three orders of magnitude, increase conversions and yields, control the quality of production in real-time, lower costs, and dramatically decrease the time required for manufacturing scale-up.
We are developing three of our own biodiesel production plants in the U.S., each of which will have an annual production capacity of over 30 million gallons (100,000 metric tones) per year. Our plants are built around our STT® 30G biodiesel production unit, which is a complete, pipe-to-pipe biodiesel production system. We are licensing our biodiesel technology internationally and in a select few cases to third-party biodiesel production plants in the U.S.
