RISE microscopy systems from WITec are the world’s first completely integrated Raman Imaging and Scanning Electron microscopes.
RISE is an innovative correlative microscopy method that enables structural surface properties to be linked to molecular compound information. Samples are automatically transferred from one measuring position to the other within the vacuum chamber, streamlining the workflow and significantly improving the instrument's ease of use.
The microscope integrates all the features of an SEM and alpha300 confocal Raman imaging microscope within a single instrument. RISE is suitable for nanotechnology research, materials science, life science, geoscience, pharmaceutics and many other fields of application.
