Auburn, MA – PI’s newest brochure provides information on power ultrasonic transducers that provide high mechanical quality and low power consumption. Piezoelectric Langevin transducers are commonly used in a variety of applications, such as microfluidics, scalers, wire bonding, ultrasound imaging, non-destructive testing, and acoustic sensing. They have several advantages including high sensitivity, fast response time, and relatively wide bandwidth.
