Russian Corporation of Nanotechnologies Delegation to Visit Germany

The delegation of the Russian Corporation of Nanotechnologies (RUSNANO) at the head of the Director General, Anatoly Chubais, arrives to Germany on the 8th of April with a two-day visit.

Germany is one of the leading world economies and a strategic business partner of Russia. The purpose of this visit will be acquaintance with experience of establishing the German Institutes of Innovative Development and coming into contacts with the potential partners.

In the course of the visit Anatoly Chubais will have a number of working meetings with the representatives of the German political quarters, including the Minister of Economics K.-T. Guttenberg, Prime Minister of Saxony Land, Stanislav Tillich, and Deputy Prime-Minister of North Rhine-Westphalia Land, Michael Mertes.

Additionally, Anatoly Chubais is planning to participate in Conference "Nanotechnological Innovations in Contact Point between State and Business", which will take part in Berlin on the 8th of April. Within the conference framework it is also planned to sign the contract on establishing CJSC "NanoBrachyTech" between "Santis" Ltd., International Brachytherapy SA (Germany) and RUSNANO. CJSC "NanoBrachyTech" will become the leading company of the joint-venture on manufacturing the micro-sources, micro-spheres and accessories for performing brachytherapy treatments.

The final stage of the visit will include the meetings of the Corporation's delegation with the leaders of the German enterprises having their business activities at the territory of the research and technology park for innovative companies MST.Factory (Dortmund City).
