MultiProbe, the developer and manufacturer of the Atomic Force nano Prober (AFP), announces the addition of DigitConcept, Microelectronics + High-Tech Equipment Company, to their worldwide network of representatives. Effective immediately, Michael Obein, Technical Support Manager at DigitConcept, located in Guerville, France, will provide sales and support of the MultiProbe Atomic Force Prober (AFP) to semiconductor failure analysis facilities within Europe.

"We are pleased to have Michael representing us in Europe," says Patrick Harrington, MultiProbe Director of Sales. "DigitConcept’s understanding of FA needs, and Michael’s vast experience working with high-tech equipment, specifically for failure analysis, gives us confidence that we can count on them for quality customer support."
