InvenSense to Present at MEMTEC MEMS Technology Conference

InvenSense, Inc., a leading provider of intelligent motion processing solutions that enable a motion-based user interface for consumer electronics, today announced that Steve Nasiri, InvenSense founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board, is presenting at MEPTEC MEMS Technology Summit on Tuesday, October 19th at 3:05 pm to share the innovations and challenges in developing MotionProcessing™ technology which has enabled a growing adoption of MEMS-based sensors for consumer applications.

Empowering fast market adoption of motion processing, as it becomes a standard function for many consumer products, is the availability of smaller, integrated and intelligent MEMS motion processing technology that can provide a total solution at a consumer viable price point. Innovations in MEMS fabrication and wafer level integration have been the key to driving this market. In essence of the conference theme, 25 Years in Perspective: Lessons from the Past and Vision for the Future, Steve Nasiri will discuss Path to Success: Meeting the Challenge to Introduce Motion Processing Solutions for Consumer Products, comprising the major challenges and lessons learned in developing cost efficient, high volume, intelligent inertial sensors for consumer products and how this has shaped the vision for future MEMS product innovations to be achieved.

The MEMS Technology Conference will feature a unique mix of leading worldwide experts who will share their extensive experience and review from today's perspective the critical academic and commercialization developments of the past and offer personal insights into future directions. The program content will provide attendees with valuable lessons to be used as stepping stones to the future success of MEMS.
