DEK Joining Forces with Neutec Electronics to Help Customers in Switzerland

DEK has extended its trusted network of worldwide distributors with the addition of Neutec electronics, a market-leading SMT expert. The move is good news for DEK customers in the region who can now expect an even higher level of local service and support as standard.

As the industry-leading supplier of print platforms in Switzerland, DEK is rapidly expanding its resources in the region to accommodate surging demand. A further example of this, the new agreement with Neutec will enable multiple language support for all customers in the area including French, Italian, German and Swiss-German. Under the terms of the agreement, Neutec will sell and service all DEK SMT and Semiconductor products as well as distributed and engineered technologies.

“As a global technology leader, we’re always looking for new ways to help our customers expect more,” explains DEK General Manager for Western & Central Europe, Stefan Techau. “One of the ways we do this is through our commitment to supporting our customers with reliable and responsive local expertise. Not many global companies of our size could manage this successfully, but our award-winning commitment to customer service excellence means that our customers can expect more – no matter where they are in the world. That’s why we’re delighted to be teaming up with Neutec and adding its renowned technical capabilities to our network of trusted distribution partners.”
