Implen introduces NanoPhotometer Pearl to analyze small volumes of protein samples. The application note of the instrument describes its performance in terms of precision and linearity by applying quantification of cuvetteless small samples of protein at 280 nm (Protein UV280) and qualitative or quantitative analysis of proteins using colorimetric cuvette.
The NanoPhotometer Pearl renders clear, accurate, and repeatable results over a wide dynamic range independent from the protein quantification technique. NanoPhotometer Pearl’s built-in option, NanoVolume, is apt for laboratories in which it is required to work with limited volumes of sample, where quick results are needed without previous dilution and where sample recovery is needed for further analysis. The cuvette option of the NanoPhotometer Pearl must be used to quantify complex protein samples that have been examined using suitable colorimetric quantification methods.
