On September 25 - 29, 2011, Micromeritics will be participating as a sponsor of the 4th
International Conference on Carbons for Energy Storage/Conversion and
Environment Protection (CESEP 2011). Originally held in Orléans, France in 2005,
past CESEP conferences have also been held in Krakow, Poland and Malaga, Spain.
In 2011 CESEP returns to France, organized by the French Carbon Group, situated
at the historical "Palais des Congres" in Vichy.
CESEP 2011 will bring together scientists, engineers, and technologists
providing a forum for discussions on a variety of carbon-related topics. The
conference will include keynote lectures by well-known invited speakers, oral
presentations, and scientific posters. Topics include: synthesis of new forms of
carbons, gas separation and storage, heat storage, carbon catalysts and catalyst
supports, adsorption of gas-phase pollutants, carbon for water production and
remediation, super capacitors, advanced batteries, fuel cells, and much
