Genizer designs its equipment to support customers at every stage of their journey—from early research in academic labs to full-scale manufacturing. That’s why its high-pressure homogenization systems are built for scalability, making it easier to move from development to production without switching platforms.

HandGenizer
The HandGenizer provides a more portable approach to high-pressure homogenization. The HandGenizer is ideal for long-term archiving, academic research, and development.
The system stands out for its distinctive manual option and small size, although it is ideally suited to small, even solutions such as nanoemulsions.

NanoGenizer
The NanoGenizer is up next. The NanoGenizer, Genizer's most popular model, is compact enough to fit on a workbench measuring less than 28 inches (70 cm). The Nanogenizer has a maximum flow rate of 100 mL/minute and a maximum pressure of 45,000 psi. It is ideal for research and development, laboratories, and small-scale production.
The NanoGenizer is silent and easy to operate. It is also available in Dual and Quad configurations for increased capacity, and the NanoGenizer and all bigger units have a MixGenizer for in-chamber mixing.

UltraGenizer
The UltraGenizer is a half-step up from the NanoGenizer. The UltraGenizer has the unique capacity to reach 60,000 psi. At a pressure of 30 kpsi, it can produce 25 L/hour. It also has a longer runtime of 4-6 hours, resulting in a much larger processing capacity.

PilotGenizer and ProdGenizer
Next in the lineup are the PilotGenizer and ProdGenizer, which are designed for scaling beyond the Ultra. The PilotGenizer handles up to 30?L/hour, while the ProdGenizer reaches 40?L/hour at 30,000?psi. Both models offer longer runtimes than the Ultra, making them ideal for more continuous, large-scale manufacturing.

WillNano
Finally, the WillNano ManuGenizer series is perfect for production requirements. It supports up to four pumps to get the chosen flow rate. At 30 kpsi, these devices can produce up to 480 L/hour. If it still is not enough, there are always more options.
