HORIBA Introduces VS-7000-CCD Mini-Spectrometer

VS-7000-CCD is the latest evolution of the low cost, high performance family of mini-spectrometers from HORIBA Scientific. This VS-7000 system for industrial applications uses a modified VS70 optical engine which is optimized for the UV-VIS spectral range.

The VS7000 is a pre-configured, ultra low stray light, UV-VIS-NIR miniature spectrometer with an uncooled back-illuminated CCD and USB-2 integrated electronics for OEM applications that require sturdy opto-mechanical designs for long term stability.

The mini spectrometer comes with LabView based acquisition software and VIs. Spectrometer of choice for OEM low light, high SNR requirement applications with a selection of slit widths, integrated OSF and with 3 spectral range selections:

  • 200-860nm
  • 380-750nm
  • 200-1050nm
