A new high resolution microspectroscopy system developed by Tokyo Instruments, Inc. will be the key product of the Symphotic TII Corporation. According to Igor Kudryashov, Senior Scientist, the new "Nanofinder" laser confocal spectral microscope offers the highest spatial resolution available in any confocal microscope, as well as spectral and temporal measurements. The Nanofinder brings powerful observational and micro-analytical tools to meet a growing demand for understanding the physical and chemical world below one micrometer.

Other products offered by the new company include monochromators and spectrographs as well as solid state lasers for physical scientists, spectroscopists, and biotechnologists.

Tokyo Instruments, Inc. is a manufacturer of nanotechnology products in Japan. It has joint venture partners dedicated to the manufacture of lasers and spectroscopy products in Minsk, Belarus.
